High Impact Athletes help world-class athletes have a life saving impact. They connect the best athletes with the most effective, evidence-based charities in the world.

The challenge

High Impact Athletes were in need of a brand refresh to more effectively align their key targets, brand assets and core messaging. HIA communicate to a unique segment of the global population and needed to refine their approach to reflect this whilst tightening up their targeting and outreach funnel.

Our approach

We held strategy workshops with the in-house team to deepen the market orientation of the brand. We addressed their market segmentation, honed their targets and refined the marketing output to reflect these developments. We covered all aspects of the user journey from initial interaction with the brand, through to designing the creative assets for long-time supporters, ensuring that each element of the athlete process felt inclusive, mission-aligned and on-brand.
