Workshops

Market Positioning

A comprehensive process that identifies your target audience and hones your communications strategy.

  • Through brainstorming and collaborative discussions, we'll develop a tailored messaging framework, ensuring it resonates with key stakeholder groups.

This process will culminate in a guidebook that can be used internally to support writers and content creators in using the brand voice.

We deliver the workshop in two steps. The first covers your market segmentation and targeting.

Once that is outlined, the second workshop digs deeper into positioning and your differentiation as a brand, then covering communication choices and key channels.

The overall outcome of the workshop will be:

    • a clear market segmentation,

    • a guide on your key targets and positioning, and

    • a communication channel outline.

Building a communications plan

Covering the fundamentals of marketing planning and execution from budget management to using a funnel.

  • First guided through a workshop designed to highlight the frameworks and structures that all marketing plans should follow, the aim is quickly upskill all attendees to know how marketing fundamentally should operate within an organisation.

Following this, the package includes two months of strategic support. This can be delivered via calls, feedback on your plans and decisions or working collaboratively on solving an issue. Roughly worth the value of 10 hours of support.

    The workshop will give you:

    • an understanding of long and short term marketing and how to use each

    • a clear framework for managing your budget

    • a bespoke understanding of your ‘sales’ funnel and how to use it to build your marketing objectives

    • a guide on which KPIs you should care about (and which ones you shouldn’t)

    • an overview on the most effective communication techniques to produce better ads and messaging

Includes two months of consultation following the workshop to support you in solidifying your plans (total of 10 hours of support)
